Red Peppers-Fresh Coriander Spaghetti 4 lazy butts!

Ok....I definitely am a lazy butt...sorry for that! I promise, I’ll try to be more “active” ...I promise!!!

I think I have a list of, at least, 200 posts to post....but...what about posting a new post? Did you have the core of the problem? Post-ing....ok....let’s post this post! [I am also going to try not to use post more than three times in a post...]

So, windy Sunday, raining, cold...cold cold....a semi-empty fridge...two red peppers on their way to expire...and a man to inspire!

A really really easy recipe for lazy butts:

What do you need:
[doses for two people]

1 Kitchen [even for more people]
1 Saucepan
1 Casserole with salted-boiling water
1 Blender
Knives, forks and wooden-spoons

Ingredients:
Olive oil
2 Red Peppers
100 ml Cream
1 Garlic Clove
Salt & Pepper
A bunch of fresh Coriander

. Dice the red peppers, heat a spoon of olive oil in the saucepan, and cook the red peppers for 10 minutes [add the Garlic after 5 minutes], correct seasoning and remove from heat.
. In a Blender mix the cream with the red peppers and return into the saucepan
. Cook the Spaghetti
. Trim the fresh Coriander
. Once the Spaghetti are cooked [not glued, cooked] sautè them in the saucepan with cream and the red peppers for a few minutes [until the spaghetti have absorbed some of the sauce]
. Sprinkle the fresh coriander over the spaghetti and serve.

Guten Apetit...

Bis Bald [ I promise]
